Operations / Sales Support Administrator - Apprenticeship

Macclesfield, Cheshire East

£18,000 - £20,000 Salary (dependant on experience)

Autorola UK are looking for two Apprentices to join our Operations Department. The roles are a Sales Support Executive to join this friendly but busy office. You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard and the role is permanent even after the qualification is achieved. You will be working closely with the Operations Manager and Sales Team assisting in a variety of tasks including liaising with customers and operatives. The apprenticeship works alongside your daily jobs in the office, no college or day release is required.

We are looking for Sale Support Executives to help with our continued year on year growth and success as online continues in the vehicle remarketing sector. 

Daily tasks will include:

  • Telephone liaison with vehicle inspectors and logistics partners
  • Management of data feed to logistics partners
  • Checking on the finance status of vehicles and obtaining clearance from providers
  • Management of vehicle collections
  • Liaison with clients to obtain vehicle documentation
  • Sending confirmation of purchase/sale & invoices to clients
  • Tracking status of deals and updating our admin system

Desired skills:

  • Excellent and accurate keyboard skills are essential
  • Good communication skills
  • Good IT skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Word, Excel, and Outlook

Desired qualifications:

8 GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including maths and English

Potential to develop into a Sales Executive or Finance Assistant
